What comes to mind when you think of Turkish cuisine? Kebabs perhaps - or maybe baklava. It's a fusion of east meets west - influenced by Asian and European cooking. Now - one Turkish couple is trying to raise the profile of their country's food - and they are thinking small - literally. As the BBC's Tim Allman explains.
