This is the moment a thief steals money from a woman as she makes a withdrawal at a cash machine.

The CCTV video, filmed in Ji'an City in southeastern China's Jiangxi Province on April 3, shows a man carrying a red bag standing at the back of a woman withdrawing money from an ATM machine.

As the cash comes out of the machine the man grabs £560 in notes and runs away.

The bank manager -who heard the woman screaming- chases the robber and manages to catch him.

According to police, the case is being investigated.
