so today i am doing a review on the balm even steven foundation ! its pretty awesome !! and has a really cool texture ! that makes a peaking whipped foundation !! this is a full coverage foundation. and you could shear it out if you wanted to by doing a super thin layer. this new foundation comes in 8 shades and its called even steven and its a new foundation for 2017 new makeup ! is always a good thing! the balm foundation comes in a tub kinda of like a concealer, but i can assure you the balm even steven whipped foundation will go along way ! its super pigmented and blends out so amazingly and i really hope you liked this first impression foundation video! you can get the balm cosmetics at \r
