More than 200 Russian aid trucks are on their way to Ukraine despite Kiev’s warnings that Moscow is planning more intervention. The FT’s Courtney Weaver reports from Kamensk-Shakhtinsky where the trucks are waiting to be allowed in to Ukraine.
