Dutch finance minister Jeroen Dijsselbloem has been named chairman of the eurogroup, an informal group of eurozone finance ministers. He will replace Jean-Claude Juncker, Luxembourg prime minister, who headed the body for eight years. Lex's Stuart Kirk and Vincent Boland, discuss the significance of the eurogroup and whether its new chairman can heal the north-south rift within the eurozone.
