July 6 2010 Steve Jobs was forced to apologise for the reception problems plaguing Apple's iPhone 4 and said the company would give free cases to all buyers of the device through the end of September. However, as Financial Times' David Gelles reveals, there is no sign of an iPhone 4 recall.
