Ingredients
Tapioca -3/4kg
Ginger -Garlic-1tbsp
Turmeric powder-
Chilli Powder-2 pinch
Garam Masala -1tsp
Pepper Powder-3pinch
Onion-2
Green chilli-4
Salt-
Oil-
Curry leaves
Egg White-2
Bread Crumbs
Method
Cook tapioca drain and keep aside.
Mash well .
In a kadai saute onion ginger garlic paste green chilli curry leaves and salt till the raw smell goes.
Now add all the powders and saute.
Then into that add mashed cooked tapioca and mix well..
Check the salt ..
Allow to cool down ..
Then make small balls and make patties
Dip this in egg white and roll in bread crumbs ..
Fry both sides in the medium hot oil ..
