President Trump has been on a Twitter rampage against Amazon, and a former U.S. attorney has a suggestion for how to put an end to it. "What if [Amazon founder and CEO] Jeff Bezos bought Twitter with the change in his pocket and shut Trump's account?" Preet Bharara tweeted on Monday. While acquiring Twitter would cost a bit more than pocket change, Bezos is worth upwards of $110 billion.  Among Trump's recent Amazon-bashing tweets is his Tuesday morning message, reading, "I am right about Amazon costing the United States Post Office massive amounts of money for being their Delivery Boy. Amazon should pay these costs (plus) and not have them bourne by the American Taxpayer. Many billions of dollars. P.O. leaders don't have a clue (or do they?)!"  The financial burden Amazon places on the U.S. Post Service is a common theme in Trump's attacks, and, according to PolitiFact, one that does not appear to be true. "The post office is losing a fortune, but Trump is wrong to blame Amazon," PolitiFact notes. Nonetheless, Trump has been persistent in his assertions.  His other tweets on the topic include, "Only fools, or worse, are saying that our money losing Post Office makes money with Amazon. THEY LOSE A FORTUNE, and this will be changed," and, "I have stated my concerns with Amazon long before the Election. Unlike others, they…use our Postal System as their Delivery Boy (causing tremendous loss to the U.S.) and are putting many thousands of retailers out of business!"
