According to CNN on Sunday, members of the armed rebel group Failaq Al-Rahman were evacuated from the besieged city of Douma toward Idlib. Syrian state-run TV reported that fighters were evacuated after the Civilian Committee of Douma reached a partial deal with the Russian and Syrian governments, by which the wounded in Douma, the last rebel-held enclave in Eastern Ghouta, would be evacuated. However, some have reportedly chosen to remain within the besieged city.
