The battle is over!
Farrah Abraham dismissed her harassment and sex-shaming lawsuit against MTV after she was fired from Teen Mom OG in October of 2017, RadarOnline.com revealed.
In court papers obtained from United States District Court Western District of Texas, Farrah filed a notice of voluntary dismissal with prejudice against Viacom on March 27th, 2018. “Now comes Plaintiff, Farrah Abraham, by through undersigned counsel, having amicably settled this matter, hereby voluntarily dismisses with prejudice all claims filed against Defendants,” the filing read. The details of the settlement were not disclosed.
In the complaint, Farrah claimed executive producer Morgan J. Freeman confronted her on October 30, 2017 and “harassed, humiliated, discriminated, disrespected, ridiculed, degraded and sex shamed” her decision to pursue opportunities in the adult entertainment industry. Farrah was asking for $5 million dollars in damages
