CBSE paper leak: Students protest against the CBSE's re-examination decision

Students in Panchkula and New Delhi protest against the CBSE’s re-examination decision. They say that their post-exam plans and entrance exam preparations will get affected. Meanwhile, Union Minister for Human Resource Development Prakash Javadekar is taking action on the CBSE paper leak issue. He assured that strict action will be taken against the culprits. The leaked paper was of the CBSE Class X and XII. Central Board of Secondary Education already announced the re-examination which will be conducted of Class 10 maths and Class 12 economic papers. The board said dates for the re-examinations will be posted on the CBSE website within a week. Meanwhile, Delhi Police have registered a case following a complaint by the CBSE. The minister also said that the cabinet had given its nod to a National Testing Agency, which will come into effect next year to make sure such leaks did not take place in examinations.
