Parts of San Antonio, Texas, were under water on Wednesday, March 27, after more than two inches of rain fell overnight. The San Antonio Express News reported neighborhoods were flooded due to drainage issues, and roads were closed.

This video was taken from a neighborhood near the Interstate 410 loop and Interstate 35, showing a drainage ditch nearly overflowing.
