Dashcam catches car sliding into trooper on snowy Utah highway

Sgt. Cade Brenchley was struck while responding to multiple slide-offs on March 25th when he was hit by car sliding on the road. Brenchley suffered broken ribs and a broken scapula. Eleven troopers have been struck this year in the state of Utah.
