It's the second week of Ulta Beauty's 21 Days of Beauty extravaganza. Even makeup pros are pumped about the sales. NYC-based makeup artist Meghan Gibson suggested some of her favorite finds. Gibson says BECCA's First Light Priming Filter is essential for the perfect selfie. She also suggests Tarteist Double Take Eyeliner for its matte, 12-hour formula. Another favorite is Benefit Cosmetics Roller Lash Mascara. Gibson says the mascara creates "length and volume in just a few swipes."
