A restaurant in Lower Parel in Mumbai witnessed a stampede like situation last night when an anonymous visitor sprayed pepper spray on the premises. The crowd suffering from a cough and itching in the eyes hurried towards the exit and the premises were emptied in a few minutes. The staff authorities have now complained to the police station seeking action against the miscreant.
