Last week in Arizona a woman was fatally killed by a self-driving Uber vehicle. According to a report from the NY Times "Uber’s robotic vehicle project was not living up to expectations months before the incident. Uber has come under considerable scrutiny over its self-driving technology specifically how it's being deployed.
