North Korea's foreign minister is in Stockholm... amid speculation Pyongyang is starting to make arrangements for talks with the U.S.
The Swedish foreign ministry says Ri Yong-ho will discuss Sweden's consular responsibilities in North Korea with his counterpart Margot Wallstrom during his two-day stay.
But the timing of the trip suggests Pyongyang may be reaching out to the U.S. via Sweden to confirm the talks that President Trump had unexpectedly accepted.
There's even speculation North Korea could propose Stockholm as a neutral venue for the meeting.
Meanwhile, Washington has denied reports it will send a delegation to meet Ri, and says that so far there has been no direct contact with Pyongyang since the offer for talks was made via South Korea.
