Natalie Aves has suffered from what she calls an “embarrassing” quirk since she was 12. She gets “uncontrollable and pretty embarrassing” squeaky hiccups at least “once a day”.

Recently, she began filming the outbreaks, and posted a compilation of them on March 13. The video shows her at home, at the office, and out and about. She seems variously bemused, sweetly embarrassed, or just plain fed up. But as one former colleague responded, “I weirdly miss hearing you weird ass hiccups just randomly happen behind me.
