Filmmaker Hansal Mehta says "Omerta", starring Rajkummar Rao, will expose state-sponsored terrorism and how it manipulates young minds. "Omerta" is based on the real life story of British terrorist of Pakistani descent Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh.
