St. Francis Dam collapse: One of the worst engineering disasters in U.S. history

This month marks the 90th anniversary of the second-deadliest disaster in California history. On March 12, 1928 the St. Francis Dam collapsed in the middle of the night, killing more than 430 people in Ventura and Los Angeles counties.
