The biannual event of passing out parade of the Officers Training Academy was held in Chennai on Saturday. The officer cadets marched out from Parameswaram drill square. A total number of 255 officer cadets including 37 women cadets were commissioned as officers in the Indian Army following the completion of training at academy. Cadres from Afghanistan, Bhutan and Tajikistan were also commissioned in their respective armies after the ceremony. The parents of the officer cadets and relatives and officers witnessed the parade.
