Ingredients:-
For the filling:-
1 tsp. Ghee/Oil
1 tsp. Cumin Seeds
1 tsp. Fennel Seeds
1 Green Chilli, seeded and finely chopped
½ cup Green Peas
2 Potatoes, chopped
1½ tsp. Raw Mango Powder
1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder
Salt, to taste
For the cover:-
Whole Wheat Bread
1 tsp. Rice Flour mixed with water
Method:-
- In a pan heat ghee and saute rest of the filling ingredients in it.
- Cut the sides of whole wheat bread and flatten it using a rolling pin.
- Make a round shape using small bowl.
- Cut the circle in 2 halves and make Samosa shapes using the rice flour and water mixture as shown in the video.
- Stuff the filling in the samosas and seal properly.
- Grease the samosas with ghee.
- Bake the samosas in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
