California Governor Jerry Brown accused President Donald Trump’s administration of declaring war on the West Coast state.
Governor Brown's comments follow the filing of a lawsuit by the Justice Department.
That lawsuit challenges policies that prevent illegal immigrants from being deported by federal authorities, as state and local authorities are expected to hold them indefinitely.
