Ingredients \r

A. Black tea with sea salted milk foam \r
\r
2 tbsp black tea\r
3/4 cup (180 ml) hot water \r
1 tbsp sugar for the tea \r
1 tbsp milk foam\r
1 tsp sugar for the milk foam \r
3 tbsp milk\r
1 cup ice cubes \r

B. Earl Grey milk tea with cheese foam \r
\r
2 tbsp Earl Grey tea\r
3/4 cup hot water \r
1 tbsp milk powder\r
1 tbsp sugar for the tea\r
2 tbsp kem cream cheese - soft at room temperature \r
2 tbsp whipping cream\r
1 tsp sugar for the foam \r
1 - 2 tsp milk\r
1/8 tsp salt \r

C. Oolong tea with Hokkaido milk foam \r
\r
1 tbsp Oolong tea \r
3/4 cup hot water\r
1 tbsp sugar for the tea\r
2 tbsp whipping cream\r
1 tbsp milk \r
1 tsp dry milk powder\r
1 tsp milk foam \r
1 tsp sugar for the foam \r

If you dont have milk foam powder, you can follow these recipes instead: \r

A. For the sea salted milk foam \r
\r
2 tbsp whipping cream \r
1 tsp sugar \r
1/8 tsp salt \r
\r
whip till very stiff then add 2 - 3 tsp milk gradually. Mix well while adding milk and stop when the milk foam reach your desired consistency. \r

B. For the Hokkaido milk foam \r
\r
2 tbsp heavy cream\r
1 tsp milk \r
1 tsp sugar \r
1/8 tsp salt \r

whip till thick and foamy
