MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai announced on Sunday that Tan Eng Hwa has been shortlisted to contest for the Kota Darulaman state seat in Kedah while Senator Datuk Yoo Wei How will contest for Alor Setar parliamentary seat.
