To properly remove 3m paint protection film start by warming up the area using a heat gun, hair dryer, heat lamp, hot water or a torch. Once warmed up peel up a corner to start pulling towards you as demonstrated in the video. When peeling the clear bra towards you the glue will not separate from the film making clean up much easier after the clear bra removal.
