U.S. President Donald Trump’s Chief of Staff John Kelly on Friday conceded the White House could have better handled a scandal involving senior aide Rob Porter, who resigned last month after allegations by two ex-wives that he abused them. Kelly told reporters, “We didn’t cover ourselves in glory in terms of how we handled that.
