'Unsolved' Series Explores Murders of Biggie Smalls and Tupac The 10 episode miniseries explores the drive-by shootings of the iconic rappers Tupac Shakur and Christopher "Biggie Smalls" Wallace in 1996 and 1997. According to The Hollywood Reporter, series creator Kyle Long became "obsessed" with the notorious crimes when he moved to Los Angeles. Some of the series stars include Josh Duhamel, Jimmi Simpson and Bokeem Woodbine. Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and The Notorious B.I.G. premieres tonight at 10 p.m. on the USA Network.
