A large tree snapped under the weight of heavy snow at a children's playground in Rome.

In video filmed this morning (February 26) at Piazza di Santa Maria Liberatrice in the capital's Testaccio neighbourhood, emergency services can be seen at the site of the tree, which had buckled due to heavy snowfall, according to local reports.

No one was injured.
