Indiana resident Brock Alexander captured video of his friend ‘wakeboarding’ on a flooded parking lot in Shipshewana on February 21.

Alexander told Storyful the group decided to get “some early year wakeboarding in” after the parking lot at his work flooded due to recent rains and snow that melted in the area.
