Louisville interim president Greg Postel responded Tuesday to the NCAA's decision to strike down an appeal of penalties that forced Louisville to vacate the 2013 Men's Basketball National Championship and wins between 2011 and 2015. Postel told reporters he believed the NCAA's decision is wrong but provided a forward-looking message and outlook for Louisville athletics and academics.
