Domestic mergers and acquisitions is at a four year high, as big ticket deals like Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd’s deal to acquire Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd’s acquisition of ING Vysya Bank Ltd, along with the sale of assets by Jaypee Group companies, has pushed up the value of deals to the highest since 2010.
