Teva woos Cipla with $.6.5 billion offer

The world's largest make of off-patent drugs, Israel's Teva Pharmaceutical Industires is wooing Cipla with an offer of $6.5 billion. Since 2012, Teva has tried its luck twice to acquire Cipla. Mint's C.H.Unnikrishnan reports
