A day after photo of Health Minister Kalicharan Saraf urinating on the walls of of the Pink City went viral, newly elected Ajmer MP Dr Raghu Sharma said Saraf should apologize publicly for doing such thing. According to rules, those urinating on roads are asked to cough up fine of Rs 200. This photo comes when the Jaipur Municipal Corporation is working hard towards bringing the city on the top charts under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
