Actor Jim Carrey is deleting his Facebook page saying the social network "profited" from Russian interference in US elections. Russian-backed content reached as many as 126 million Americans on Facebook during and after the 2016 election. Carrey says Facebook is not doing enough to stop the interference and encourages others to delete their profiles as well. Mark Zuckerberg originally said the idea of Facebook impacting the elections was “crazy.
