Shelling of a displaced-persons camp near Atme, on the Syrian-Turkish border, killed an eight-year-old child and wounded several people on February 6, according to a local hospital.
Other sources said the number of deaths was higher.
Pro-opposition reports blamed Kurdish forces in the area for the strike.
The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also cited Kurdish fire.
Storyful cannot confirm who carried out the strike.
