Another cold spell coupled with snow swept through Korea over the weekend, causing flights to be suspended again on the southern island of Jeju.
Jeju International Airport halted flights between 6:35 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Monday, cancelling some six flights heading to Seoul.
Several flights have also been delayed as airport staff work to remove the snow.
The airport is currently under windshear and heavy snowfall warnings, and nearly 270 flights were delayed on Sunday, stranding some 250 travelers on the island.
An airport official advised travelers to check their flights before heading to the airport, as further delays are expected with heavy snow forecast until Tuesday.
