I was in a silly mood when I edited this video, as youll find out if you watch it through the end. xD Here are some basic stretches to help you prepare for ballet class, or simply to increase your flexibility. This is NOT an exhaustive list, as I said in the video, there are of course tons of other kinds of stretches you can do. :) I will be eventually making a video just for stretches for improving turnout, so stay tuned for that. \r
