New information is available about a crash involving a chartered Amtrak train carrying U.S. Republican lawmakers. Investigators say the train was traveling at 61 miles per hour when the engineer applied the brakes. The train ultimately hit a truck on the tracks in Crozet, Virginia, killing the truck's driver. The National Transportation Safety Board said in a briefing that the maximum speed limit at the grade crossing was 60 miles per hour.
