Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has begun the presentation of Union Budget 2018 in the Parliament on Thursday. Speaking in the Parliament, FM Jaitley said emphasised on the education sector and proposes to move from blackboard to digital board. He also proposed to integrate education budget as a whole than separating primary and secondary education. The budget was focused largely on the upliftment of the agriculture sector.
