Ingredients:-
For the Pizza Sauce:-
1 tsp. Oil
1 tsp. Garlic, chopped
2 Onions, chopped
Salt, to taste
6 Tomatoes, diced
½ tsp. Raw Sugar
1 tsp. Oregano
½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
For the Pizza Base:-
Oil/Butter
For the Toppings:-
Pizza Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Corn
Green Capsicum
Black Olives
For Garnish:-
Mixed Herbs
Black Pepper Powder
Basil Leaves
Method:-
- In a pan heat oil and add the rest of the pizza sauce ingredients and cook.
- Let it cool down to room temperature and grind in a mixer/grinder to a fine paste.
- Cook the paste again the same pan by adding oregano and red chilli powder.
- Toast a bread slice on a pan using butter.
- Assemble the pizza with pizza sauce and toppings as shown in the video.
- Cook the pizza in the same pan on low flame and covered with a lid. Alternatively, you can bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 6-7 minutes.
- Garnish with mixed herbs, black pepper powder and basil leaves.
Bread Pizza is ready to eat!
