Though Get Out received four nominations for this year’s Oscars, one of the film’s stars, Lil Rel Howery, told Jimmy Kimmel that he wasn’t invited to the ceremony.
Kimmel, who is set to host the Academy Awards for the second year in a row, was quick to congratulate Howery on the film’s nominations, when he stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live, before asking whether he planned on attending.
“Well I thought I was. You know, we called today looking for my ticket.
