Taylor Swift is finding herself at the wrong end of a lawsuit.
The musician's companies Firefly Entertainment and 13 Management are being sued by a New York real estate broker claiming they have been stiffed out of commission.
To the tune of one million dollars.
They claim they introduced Taylor to the owner of a townhome, which allowed her to make on off-market deal on the property for $18 million last year.
And the broker even showed her around the four-bedroom townhouse and gave blueprints for the pad.
And according to the suit, they broker is alleging Swift's management companies excluded them from the deal and allowed another company to get the commission.
Which is a pretty big no no in the real estate game.
So yeah, they want their money.
Swift and her companies have yet to comment on the story.
