As reiterated by Skymet Weather, rains drenched several parts of Delhi-NCR . Though the city witnessed traces of rainfall during the early morning hours, but any good spell was not reported. However, as the day progressed, intense clouding engulfed the city, almost leading to blackout. This was followed by thunderstorm and lighting and finally rains of varying intensity. Intensity of rains was mainly confined to light, but few places recorded moderate rains as well. Watch this video.
