Two Explosive Devices Detonate at Florida Mall The blast happened at 5:22 p.m. at Eagle Ridge Mall in central Florida. The two devices were within 10 yards of each other. Police said the devices contained a PVC pipe wrapped in electric tape. Authorities said they don't believe it was an attempted terror attack. The suspect has not been caught yet.
