The NSF has some odd jobs but perhaps the most pointless one is that assigned to Bill. He's to supervise a bin in the toilets for 24 hours a day. Bill hasn't seen his family in over a week after the other two people on his rota mysteriously disappeared whilst on duty in the Statue of Liberty. The NSF truly are monsters.
