Chelsea Houska has finally won her years-long court battle to keep her daughter Aubree safe. RadarOnline.com can reveal exclusive details on Adam Lind losing custody of their 8-year-old.

The Clerk of Court for Lincoln County exclusively told Radar that Lind's parenting time "shall be modified to a visitation center."

Lind's mother Donna supervised his visits with Aubree every other weekend. Houska filed the motion to modify parenting time because he rarely saw his daughter while she was visiting her grandparents.

"One weekend a month Aubree will be with his parents from Friday to Sunday," the clerk continued. "Adam may not be present when Aubree is with Donna."

The clerk explained how Lind's mother is also allowed to have lunch with Aubree at school every Tuesday.

Radar exclusively reported in December that Houska filed a request to change their daughter's last name from Lind to Lind-DeBoer. She married Cole DeBoer in October 2016. They welcomed their son Watson last year.

"Aubree is now Lind-DeBoer," the clerk confirmed.

The Ashley's Reality Roundup was the first to report on the custody modification and name change.

The victory for Houska comes after Lind was arrested on November 2 for domestic assault against an ex-girlfriend.

He was arrested again on December 5 for violating the no-contact order in the case.

On the same day of his most recent arrest, he was scheduled to appear in court after his ex-fiancée Stasia Huber filed a restraining order against him on November 7. The judge granted the protection order for five years.

Lind also tested positive for amphetamines and methamphetamines in a court-ordered drug test in a custody case involving his youngest daughter Paislee with ex-girlfriend Taylor Halbur.

Lind "doesn't set up time" to see Paislee and "hardly" sees Aubree.

"He has the potential to be a good dad when there aren't obstacles in his way," the source said. "At the end of the day all that matters though is his actions and his effort and it's just not there. He only works on his cars and sleeps a lot."
