A mass shooting has left at least 14 dead, and 14 injured, at a San Bernardino health facility, after authorities say up to 3 heavily armed gunmen entered the building and opened fire. The shooting happened at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino, California on Wednesday morning at around 10:59 a.m. PT.
