Ingredients:-
For Tomato Oil:-
3-4 Tomatoes, deseeded
¼ cup Olive Oil
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, freshly ground

3 tbsp. Butter
Multigrain Bread

For Scrambled Eggs:-
2 Brown Eggs
Dill Leaves, chopped
Salt
Black Pepper, freshly ground


Method:-
1. In a cold pan add tomatoes, olive oil, salt and turn the flame on.
2. Add salt, pepper and cook on low heat.
3. Blend all this in a mixer/grinder and deep freeze for an hour.
4. Heat butter in a pan and transfer it to a cold bowl once it turns brown.
5. Heat the bread in the pan along with the tomato oil until toasted.
6. In a saucepan, heat the brown butter and add eggs to it and stir until creamy.
7. Then add the dill leaves, salt, black pepper and mix well.
