Ingredients:-
4 eggs boiled hard and halved
4 large potatoes boiled and mashed
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chilli powder
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp amchur powder
¼ cup finely chopped fresh coriander
Salt to taste
Breadcrumbs to coat
Oil for frying
Method:-
1. In a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, salt, garam masala, chilli powder, chillies, amchur powder, coriander and mix well.
2. Coat the whole egg with the potato and then with breadcrumbs.
3. Deep fry them in hot oil until they are nicely golden and crisp.
4. Cut the fried egg in half and then serve them hot with mint chutney.
Egg Kebab is ready to eat!
